Sprinter problems
I hate that because I lift and one of the biggest sprinters that I have to stretch way more then everybody else but I will have to deal with it. I pulled my hamstring today in track practice and we did not even have our first meet yet so this will be an interesting season. Joys to my life

How was this even taken?
Tripod. High ISO Speed that allows a fast shutter speed and a camera that is good enough to counter act the grain (since its pretty dark and I don’t see much grain). And one lucky split second where the shutter happened to be pressed just as this happened. It’s like a shot of a lifetime.
